F.A.Q.'s
Why does the sound stop all of a sudden? It is probably Re-Buffering, meaning that it is loading the "stream" again for you to listen. It will do this alot if you have a slow connection to the internet (below 28.8Kps) or that you are slowing down the stream because you are surfing the web while the music is playing.
Another possible reason is that we may have a large amount of listeners at the same time connected to our broadcast. We are trying to speed up our internet connection with the Bell ExpressVu "Surf by satellite" so we can handle more listeners, but we currently only have a 56K connection.
Why does it say "Connection to broadcast server lost"? Sometimes your internet connection may cut off the stream for no reason. And the main reason why it may say that is OUR internet connection gets cut off (we hate that, heh heh heh), it will take us approximately less than 10 minutes to get connected to the internet again and back on the air.
Why do I hear another radio station called Q94.3 FM? If you are listening to us after 2:00AM central time or before 4:00PM / 6:00PM we are actually OFF AIR. The "live.asx" file automatically connects you to another radio station if we are off air.
